AGKAMED is a group purchasing organisation (GPO) founded by hospital (stakeholder = member hospitals) and is a leading economic efficiency since 1993.

The overall goal with the affiliated cooperation and service partners is to improve the quality of care in the healthcare system by bundling procurement volumes, standardisation and process optimisation and as well to ensure economical and high-quality care.
