Aware of the importance to develop public procurement practices, the GPO Resah, in partnership with the VBP Community of Practice, has recently published its new guidebook entitled “Maîtriser le value based procurement, nouvelle technique d’achat”. The guidebook is now available in English!
We are pleased to present you the result of the common effort of the GPO Resah and members of the Value Based Procurement Community of Practice – the guide “Understanding Value Based Procurement: a new approach to purchasing”. In this publication you can discover the origins of the VBP approach, how to apply this method, examples of best practices and much more.
The guidebook was initially published in French by Resah-Editions under the title: “Maîtriser le value based procurement, nouvelle technique d’achat”. The document is newly available in English. You are welcome to download it and share with all colleagues that might be interested by the topic of value based procurement.
